Rolling Hills Golf Course Banquet Room

- $350 for Full Room Rental, $200 for 1/2 Room Rental, or $50-100 per hour depending on portion requested
- Discounts available when pre-purchasing food and/or alcohol
- Space available up to 5 Hours per event
- Early setup available in most situations, but may be limited by prior events
- Additional Bartender $50
Last call at 11:30 P.M. / Facility Closes at Midnight
In-house catering available through Spencer T. Olin C.G.C. (see menu on “Caterers” page). Any outside catering service is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of insurance from the caterer is required. Caterer is responsible for disposing of food and associated cleanup, removal of all cooking utensils, food warmers, etc. the night of the event.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Rolling Hills Golf Course. Fees for one bartender are included in each room rental. Should the customer wish to remove tip jars from the bar during the event, a gratuity that takes total guest count into consideration will be added to the bill. Ask Management for further details. Special order liquor, wine or keg beer is available at customer request. All major liquor and beer brands are available. Customer is responsible for the full price of special order items at the sole discretion of Rolling Hills Management. Un-consumed alcohol may NOT be taken off property after the event.

Decoration set up is allowable on tables only. Early decoration set up is based on availability. A deposit of ½ the rental is required 7 days in advance. Deposits are non refundable and are applied to the total rental fee and charges. Final payment is due the day of the event.
