Seating: Up to 150

Room Rental: 

•    $300 for Full Room Rental, $150 for 1/2 Room Rental, $100 for 1/4 Room Rental
•    2 hour minimum
•    Up to 5 Hours
•    $125.00 for additional hours
•    Bartenders Included 

     Last call at 11:30 P.M. / Facility Closes at Midnight

Alcohol: 

• Draft Beer (glass) $2.50
•   Beer Can (12 oz.)  $3.00
•   Beer Can (16 oz.) $3.50
•   Wine (glass) $4.50
•   Mixed Drink (rail) $4.00
•   Top Shelf (call) $5.00

Food:  Catering service is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of insurance from the caterer is required. Caterer is responsible for disposing of food and associated cleanup, removal of all cooking   utensils, food warmers, etc. the night of the event.

Clean Up: Included in Room Rental

Rental: Linens can be rented through St. Peters Hardware and Rental.

Additional Items:
Decoration set up is allowable on tables only, not on walls.Decoration set up is allowable “The Day Of” or based on availability. All beverages must be purchased from Rolling Hills Golf Course. A deposit of ½ the rental is required 7 days in advance via credit card. Deposits are non refundable and applied to the total rental fee and charges. Final payment is due the day of the event.
